I’m glad I’m not 23 years old anymore =)))))) anyway, companies should always consider carefully who to hire. That’s why you have an HR department (or do you?)

My friends and I are looking for jobs this summer and we are both preparing for interviews. Here are some readings that may help. You don’t have to read all of these but pick some topics you haven’t read before. If you have enough time, maybe read only one of these per day and practice with a friend before the important date.
Good luck!
I would definitely say NO to this.
First of all, I don’t like it. At ALL.
Secondly, it violates Facebook’s Privacy Terms of Services.
Solution? Just add me as a friend on Facebook and they already see EVERYTHING. Yes. I wouldn’t go through all the trouble of privacy settings just to post “the recruiter asking for my password is a dick” on my wall.
I would be fine with logging into my OWN computer/tablet/phone and let them have a peek (no, I’m not logging into any other device that I don’t own). And if the recruiter really wants to spend a whole day looking at everything I have in my Timeline, friend list, pages and groups; I’d stay with him in the office while eating pizza and drink coca-cola. I hope the pizza is free.
